The Franklintown Community Association has established a Community solution Hotline to help with your concerns.  By dialing (410) 448-1383, you can explain your problem and someone from the association will respond.  All calls are handled confidentially.  If you leave your name and return contact info, we can get back to you and discuss a response.  We can't guarantee we can solve all your community problems, nor can we promise a solution will happen overnight, but by letting us know, we can gain a greater understanding of the issues facing our community and work together to develop solutions.
